Boiler Automation

Mill and Diffuser Automation

Mill and Diffuser includes the following loops through DCS system :
- ACFC (Auto Cane Feeding control System).
- Mill Load and RPM Control loop.
- Imbibitions Water Flow Control.
- Juice Flow Stabilization (Flow Control of Mixed Juice).
- Rotary Juice Screen Water Wash System.

- Increased Milling with the same equipment.
- Continuous and Uninterrupted Feeding reduces Downtime and Increase Throughput.
- Elimination of Choking at Preparatory Devices, Mills, Chutes or Carriers.
- Maintained Juice to Imbibitions Water Ratio increases Evaporation Efficiency and Moisture.
